S+J Used Auto Parts, Findpart.com ripoff - took my money and never sent invoice or parts and refuse to issue refund Saratoga Springs New York

On 11/18/2005 I ordered 4 steel rims to fit my wifes car to mount snowtires on. My credit card was charged $283.00 on that day and the saleswoman who took my order said I would have the rims in 2 weeks and that she would send a copy of the invoice to me in the mail. After 3 weeks I hadn't received either so I called them and was told the rims were never ordered but it would be taken care of after thet took care of "a few loose ends".

Now 4 months later I have neither the rims or the invoice and they refuse to issue a refund. I had to order the rims through another company and it only took 1 week for them to ship me the rims and have them installed on the car.

Every time I call I'm told the girl who handles these things is either gone to lunch, on vacation, in a meeting, went home early, and on and on and on. Sometimes they just hang up the phone and if you are lucky enough you get a voicemail that is never returned.

This is THE most pathetic excuse for a company I've ever seen. They should NOT BE ALLOWED to operate in any state. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS AT ALL !!!!!!!
