 This is ridiculous for a professional CPA to place false statements that I would swear at her. As you can see from multiple complaints that this is a team of liars and con artists who operate the Indian way not the American way where derogatory statements and lies are normal. There is no reason for anyone to waste their time in flying complaints on this firm. Attitude, honesty and respect is imperative for clients to remain with the firm. It's very disappointing no measures were taken to resolve the issue and work with me. It's pathetic to hang up on me and lie that I swear at the crazy accountant.

This was my my first experience filing my taxes with her. My one of the friends recommended me so I thought to see her. When meeting her first time, seems legit and give you very nice response and talk like very nicely you wouldnt figure out that they are the biggest fraudsters in the name of CPA. First of all I think her helpers are non CPAs. Second her whole team is unprofessional. Incident #1 - I was calling Dharna Shah to get her appointment as she already collected all my papers. I was keep calling and every time their office kept saying she is not in office and all. So finally I have decided to show up in her office and I was seeing her inside her office from the glass door and thought to call her (even if I was there). Her office receptionist told me she is not in the office. Really ? Liars
Incident # 2 - First I had to pay an ammount which was too high and suddenly when I was with her, suddenly my amount was got dropped and then went up etc. I think She doesnt know what she is doing. Incident # 2 - Finally I recieved a check from IRS becasue IRS thinks I overpaid, sent Dharna SHah an email and guess what never recieved any response.

# 4- Never ever go see her, I would say tax files should deserve more than her. Even filing by yourself is better than going there.

There has been a misunderstanding that has now been removed after speaking to another partner in this firm. It is IRS fault for having lost the application and possibly the post office. The accountants are very knowledgable. There were no swears by either parties. Respect should be provided by both parties to maintain mutual working relationship. Please ignore my original request. 

Agreed, the IRS site should be checked but one should be informed of the process. Finally, if the IRS lost the ITIN number, it is not either the accountant or the client's fault. However, respect is a two way street and the accountant shouldn't lying about their client swearing. No swears were used by either party but hanging up was wrong towards the client. You should work with each other and not against each other. 

I think the story in report does not make sense. As I read story I feel like how much rude the person writing the story is..

As far as I and all in our group know them personally, they alway go out of their way to help people. There must be MORE FACTS to the story missing there. Heading ention about processing time complaints but it does not say anyting facts about When CPA completed the return, when and how he / she mailed the return, Does he / she has proof of IRS receiving the returns, What CPA promised about processing time. Nowadays it is very easy to find out about IRS processing time in minutes by just visiting IRS site. You shoudl check IRS refund tracker for the status. Did IRS ever received your return and IRS is the one who process the return and not the CPA who prepares. It might be common with IRS takes more than normal time to process some retrns.

How you approach CPA makes the differnce in how your CPA is responding you. Ex. if you calll and swear instead of talking, no one would like to help you!
