Skin and Eye Royale Fraud After seeing an advertisement for thse products I ordered the 14 day rial offer. I didn't receive the product for another four days. When I called my bank to check baance I have two charges taken out of my account prior to the end of the trial date. Fountain Valley California

Seeeing an advertisementabout skin care i ordered a ree 14 day trial ski and eye cream royale.  I ordered both he eye crem and skin cream at an offer of 4.95 and 5.95 respectively.  When I went into  may checking account, the origina price of which was $85.95 and $89.95, was takjen out of my checking account which overdrawn my account.  I am disabled and on a fixed income.  I called immediately and spoke to the most nasty peron telling me there was nothing he could do.  Talking loudly over me.  After arguing with him for a few minutes, he put me on hold, and came back and said he would refund me $62.00 and that if i AGREED I was to not report them to better Business or file a complaint with the bank and h sid it would be recorded.  What kind of practice is that...................Today I called back after reading a report on Ripoff report and read some of the reviews I decided to file one.  I, did call back after I read that someone received a refund and I did only partly receive a refund,  I spoke to another representative and she refunded another $97.05.  At least she was nice about it...........

I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and was totally in a panic. I then called immediatelyand explained to a gentleman on the phone what hapened. He ws the most arogant perswon I have ever dealt with in my life. He gve me such a hard time. I was not aware that the trial was from the day that you ordered. I did not get it till 4 days later. To make a long story short he would not refund my ull amount and offered me $62.00 only if I did not report them to Better Business and dispute it with the bank and they recorded it and if I did that
