 My mother ordered a sample trial of skin Novella and eye novell for about $11 using my credit card. Two weeks later after noticing a $86 pending charge on my credit card from the company, I called to inquire what the charge was for. I was told it was for the product already received. I explained that a trial was ordered and paid for then I was told no, that was the shipping and handling and I could not get a refund. They said something in the contract explained this. I told them this was hidden language and false advertisement and requested to speak with a supervisor; the request was denied.

I informed the agent I would file a fraud claim with my card company and hung up. She called me back offering a 35% credit and I said no I want 100% back. She tried to tell me I would lose my fraud because the call was being recorded. I told her good then she captured me telling her that I never authorised this amount and her refusal to hear me out. I am filing fraud claim and I do not recommend anyone do business with this scam company. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit because I've found many victims to this scam.
