Skinny Me Chocolate I ordered a trial box of Chocoate for $4.95 and got charged $34.99 Scottsdale Arizona

I ordered a trial box of Skinny Me Chocolates for $4.95, I cancelled within a week because the chocolate squares were too hard! Within a couple days I was charged $34.99  and was told I needed to contact them by phone not by email, so My account was cancelled but I still had to pay the $34.99 because I emailed and didn't call, even though there was no way of knowing that rule!! These people are just plain Rip Offs and cheaters, I guess it's the only way they know to make money is to steal it!!
