they did not inform me of the debit, i called several times there mail box was full and unable to

leave a message, finally i called and pressed number 2 for spanish speakers and got a live person

i was told they sent me a letter informing me of the debit, which i did not receive and that

charge was for back personal property taxes. after six years have passed since paying for the

credit machine is that right?
