My message to Carlos Pineiro who is posing as fictitious quasi-anonymous people on every negative review of me online is multi-pronged. We will first address the most recent post. First off, Keller Williams is not a loan brokerage. They do not and have not ever done any loan transaction, ever. So the thought of me doing loans at all out of Keller Williams in Los Feliz is erroneous. Keller Williams is a real estate brokerage. You should know this after doing at least one deal through the company whereby you scammed a co-investor from Texas on a property out of a substantial amount of money. Secondly, I have never done nor will I ever do any fraudulent loan of any type. I deal with legitimate clients who do not resort to fraud and theft to further their interests, unlike you, Carlos Pineiro. I beseech anyone paying attention to these strings to compare the actions of Carlos Pineiro to that of Despised former Senator Joseph Mccarthy in regards to his attempts to attack me with no evidence or even worse, false and laughably incorrect evidence (i.e. Keller Williams brokers mortgage loans). Carlos, There's just no need to blatantly and desperately attempt to defile me with the fact-finding depth of a National Enquirer article and the clawing urgency of a half-witted bi-polar dwarf.

Further fraudulent reports against myself and my many endeavors originating from non-existant people on the rip-off report site simply lead to the inevitable conclusion that you, Carlos Pineiro are a con artist and vengeful cretin of the most loathsome and vile variety. One who preys on the good faith of legitimate entrepreneurs and even the good intentions of your wife to suck and usurp every available resource and bolster your own self image and prestige to anyone who will lend you half an ear. And worse, when someone actually stands up to your bullying and playground intimidation, you try to fraudulently discredit them from anonymous sources stating hearsay and plain out DUMB CRAP. Each and every person who I have met that has known you will testify to the fact that you are shady, contemptuous and a scum bag on all fronts. In addition to the $125000 you have stolen from me, I hereby offer you a paid six month prescription for Lithium to curb the effects of your bi-polarism and pathological lying. Perhaps it would help you to do some real good in your future endeavors, kind of like I am doing at my non-profit organization counseling people in foreclosure and helping dozens of people each week to avoid foreclosure. Below is the exact text of the threatening letter that Carlos Pineiro and Attorney Perry-Roshan Zamir had sent to myself and my non-profit employer in response to the very first blog that I had posted online detailing Carlos and Nayda Pineiro and how they stole $125000 from me. statements you falsely state that our client has acted fraudulently and deceitfully and should be

should immediately withdraw any such defamatory statements as they continue to cause
substantial damage to our client. You agreed to withdraw the same, but have failed to do so.
Your actions are clearly malicious with conscious disregard of our client's rights and continue to
cause damages to our clients.
Upon receipt of this letter you are directed to immediately remove the false and
defamatory language from any websites and confirm with me that you have immediately cease
and desist from making these or any other false and defamatory statements against our client.
You are also directed to send me a draft of your retraction for my comments and approval. Once
we have agreed upon suitable language, you are further directed to post the retraction and
apology in at least as prominent a location on the internet as the defamatory pieces were
originally posted.
Additionally, our client believes that you have done the forgoing acts within the scope of
your employment and using the resources of your employer. If this is true, we will have no
choice but to include your employer in any subsequent lawsuit we are forced to institute.

The only reason this person wrote this is because he stole $125,000 from broker Sky Minor and is upset because Sky is going to the full extent of the law to get his money back.
