Ordered Skybox Sattelite System on 11/07/01. Never recieved the product or services. Called repeatedly to their customer service line, left voice mail when ever I could get through, which was rare. I filed a formal Complaint with the IFCC "Internet Fraud Complaint Center" supported by the FBI. Filed 2 complaints through Skybox E-mail system also. No responces were given by Skybox!! Fed Express tryed to deliver a small beat up box from Skybox on 12/26/01. I refused the shipment! Delivery was just under 2 months after original purchase. Called Skybox again and got a real person. Told "Rebecca" at Skybox that I wanted a full refund, and that the shipment was refused. Was told that I would recieve my refund in 7 to 10 days once they recieved the original shipment back. It is now 01/07/02 still no refund has come through!
