Skyview Group Home LACK OF CARE KILLED MY GRANDMOTHER Las Vegas Nevada

My grandmother died 03/04/08 from injuries directly resulting from the neglect of care provided by Skyview Group Home. The Nevada State Licensing Bureau investigated and cited several defeciencies and a lawsuit was filed through a private attorney I hired. Skyview allowed the insurance coverage to lapse for a 2 week period and no coverage is provided through the provisions of the lapsed policy or the new one- which coincidently is written through the same insurance company. The administrator JANICE BURCH has managed to slime her way out of paying for what she has allowed to happen. In the midst of what she has done, she has somehow managed to open a second Skyview location. Please do not place ANYONE under the care of these horrible money hungry people. I wouldnt leave my dog with these people for any amount of time. These are facts and I will provide proof to anyone that requests it. I am not slandering but providing information.
