I just purchased a mattress from Sleepys 2 days ago on clearance. It was a nice king size mattress (model closeout from the year before).  When they delivered the bed it looks all nice and I laid on the mattress felt fine on my side.  Once my wife gets home she lays across the middle of the bed and there is a ridge across it.

Nonetheless this is my second night on the mattress and I am sleeping in a hole.  I can't roll from side to side and it is extremely obvious this must have been used before. Has anyone had this issue before?  The salesman told me once the mattress is delivered I can not return it for any reason.  

My wife wants to throw this mattress away and get a new one already. This is a shame because I have bought 4 mattresses from Sleepys and this was our first clearance mattress bought. If you read this I recommend to never buy a clearance mattress from Sleepys!  I will go to the store and try and get a refund but i don't think it will happen.

Sleepys' Mattress Company Our mattress is defective . Called and asked to have it checked out , they said we need to pay them to do this . Have never had a company tell me I need to pay them for a inspection and was never told this when buying the mattress . Nationwide

SLEEPYS The mattress professionals They took my money and will not refund it and left me without a bed. Customer service did not want to refund my money. I asked for months and they made me sick.
