smartemarket.com fraudulent charge to debit card of $4.95 Louisiana

On 2/11/2008, my debit card was fraudulently charged $4.95 from www.smartemarket.com. I have NO IDEA how they got my debit card number and according to my bank, BOA, my 3-digit authorization code was NOT used. However, they were STILL able to charge this to my acct. I discovered the discrepancy just today, 2/16/08 and immediately reported it to my bank. They transferred me 3 times but, I WAS able to file a fraudulent claim and they will be refunding my money to me supposedly on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. The thing that bothers me is HOW did they get my debit card number??!! and I can clearly see by the posts, how many ppl. that has been affected my this. I'm going to also be filing a claim with the FBI as suggested by another consumer here. I had to close out my debit card and have to wait now 5-7 days for a new card. In addition, I am unable to go to the bank to get a temporary card issued as it is a 3-day wknd. for the bank! Sooooooooo, this really frosts me!!! I sure hope they catch these ppl. behind this fake company! I attempted to call them as well and only get a recording btw. Furthermore, I went to their fake website and noticed how elaborate it is but, again, am unable to contact them. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.........
