Using google shopping, I purchased a replacement Nikon lens for my camera for roughly $100.  About a week later, I get a call from the company and a gentleman explains to me that they have two types of lenses: import and domestic....which would I like?  I asked what the difference is?  Import comes with no warranty and domestic has a warranty, but costs a little bit more.  And the price difference is?  Well, import is $85 and domestic with a warranty is $200.  Really?  On what planet is twice the price "a little bit more".  Told them it was shady bait and switch and they promptly cancelled the order.  Seems like anything electronics related coming out of New York requires special attention.
