During the onsite interview, Ms. Hale was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Hale explained that the clientele in the music industry often has the end goal of fame, which can lead to unrealistic expectations. Often times if a client is upset it is because their career is not progressing as rapidly as they anticipated. Ms. Hale explained that he was upset after he was not asked to continue working with Jonathan Hay Publicity, and he reacted through negative comments on Ripoff Report's website.

This happened to me about 2 years ago but I figured I would share my story and try to help people out since I would describe what happened to me as highway robbery by Jonathan Hay.
I contacted ZoeLena Shuster via email to discuss putting out my new music EP. Now ZoeLena Shuster says she is Dr. ZoeLena Shuster but she isn't a real doctor. It is part of her online image that I found out later can be different than what is reality. ZoeLena had me contact a publicist person named Jonathan Hay or Jon Hay.
I contacted Jon Hay and was told to send over my music to his email. I sent him 2 of the songs by way of email and waited. 2 or 3 days later his assitant Sabrina contacted me back and said that they could take on my music and do publicity. I was told to pay $1,500.00 via a paypal that belong to Jonathan Hay. Everything seemed super legit and I was anxious to start.
We did one phone call with both Jon Hay and Sabrina on the phone and we did what they said was interview preparation for some upcoming interviews I was about to have or that they were setting up for me.
Two weeks went by and nothing happened. I called Jon Hay 3 times and he didn't answer. I emailed him and got no reply then I contacted his assistant Sabrina after about 3 or 3 in a have weeks. She told me that Jon was working on it and I waited. Then in the 4th week Sabrina sent me one of my pictures that she had put a filter on and I was told it was my artwork. I already had given them my artwork.
Then they stopped emailing me and it had been over 30 days so when I went to file a dispute with my paypal account they said it had been too long. This whole time they were just making me hold out until 30 days went bye.
I never heard from either of these people again. I just gave up on it and I took it as a life lesson.
The lesson I learned was just because somebody looks like a doctor or (((REDACTED))) publicist on the internet doesn't mean any of it is true. These people are just a new type of con artist or white collar criminals.
