Smiles Coffee PREDATORS, A Den of Liars & Thieves, Non Responsive and Rude and dishonest ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I took advantage of their introductory offer to receive samples of coffee, grinder and thermos. Grinder and thermos were of trash quality. Coffee was only mediocre. I attempted to cancel and further shipments, kept records of calls, etc., and they went ahead and charged my account TWICE after cancellation. I tried to deal with them very diplomatically but was continually lied to. They stated they had already shipped my order when I called to cancel yet it was posted 2 weeks later!!! I refused shipment and returned to sender yet they denied receiving it and said it took up to 12 weeks to receive a return!!

Got tired of trying to be civil and called reported them to our State Attorney General and filed a charge back on credit card Finally got my money back but only after a long, agonizing battle. I'm a disabled vet and begged them to cooperate and they said nothing mattered!
