Upon ordering 1 set of Snuggles (2) for Wife and I, for $19.95 plus extra shipping for the second Snuggles $!5.90 for a total of $35.85. Found out when money was removed from my bank it ballooned up into $71.70. Upon
calling Customer Service, Supposedly in another state (Phone no. 1-800-566-
2888 in Wallingford, on Return Road(sounds fishy to me), That the Company
would not return the shipping to me. Only Supposedly $20.00 and would take
3-10 days to return that. So they collect a total of $51.70 for something that should have cost a total of $35.85. Also
When ordered over phone I was advised that the order would ship on the following Monday, Which was 26 Jan! It was not shipped until Jan 30th, another big Lie!.
BEWARE; DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A BIG RIP-

Change my name of report to Snuggies, Blankets. in Connecticut.
I received 4 blankets in the mail and weighs 7 pounds and what a killing this company is making on shipping. Didn't cost more then $12.00 to
ship for all 4.
It is cheaper to purchase this item on EBay.
I have been told that the administrative offices and company for this
item is Alstar in Nevada, but unable to locate anything in Nevada.
It is supposedly near Reno in Sparks, Nev.
With my report this report is No. 13 and will report this to the Governors
Customer Care in Ct.

After calling the listed number in Coventry, CT the Snip or Snuggles name should be changed to Snuggles only. The snip or snuggles was a pet
store and closed around a year ago. At present the phone number in Wallingford, CT is 1-800-566-2888 is only number I have at present. Will see if I can find another number. This company ships out of Sparks, NV and at present unable to obtain phone number. Believe this is where the main HQ is for this company, and possibly another company name. Will check this today and make an attempt to obtain this phone number
(02-04-09, Wednesday).
