I have many emails to prove that I recently bought followers and lost them all plus more and they promised to add them back and haven't. I keep emailing them and they don't respond. I feel totally ripped off for the hundeds of dollars I've spent on two accounts with them for almost a year now. I want something to be done so that they don't continue to rip off others with this false promise. Internet

I have used this service to boost my online social media following since my husband and I are both public figures. I started using Social Presence in Sept 2012 and thought they were a very good service at first. Fast reliable and their twitter followers stayed as they promised on their site. I liked the guarantee and periodically bought more blocks of followers. Then all of a sudden I started losing all the followers.

I found it strange because I have recently made a large purchase and then all of a sudden lost them and more and more followers dropped off. I immediately brought it to the attention of Andrew who I cooresponded with online and was told to fill out a form and provide proof of my last purchase, which I did. I was then told that they would be re added immediately within 3-5 days. I waited and nothing happened.

So I kept sending emails to Andrew asking why and finally he said that twitter had a policy that they could only add back followers within 60 days of purchase and I fell into that so he said they would all be added back for free within a week. This time they slowly started to add some back, but only a fraction of what was there and what I paid for for months with them. I was being patient hoping they would indeed live up to their promise because I wanted to buy more and told them this.

I have now sent several emails again asking why haven't all our followers been added back and getting no response. I feel totally frustrated and ripped off and I'm wary of buying twitter followers now with them or anyone else. I think this a total scam and people should beward of the rip off, especailly when they say the followers are permanent which is totally not the case.

I feel I should have what was promised or my money back!
