On 08 March 2006 I purchased a downloadable file of Autodesk AutoCAD 2005 software.

When I tried to use it, I was asked to register it. I got an error when I tried to register online. I tried to use their email link rt.xml.us@autodesk.com but I recieved an Error Sending Email message.

When I called Autodesk to register I was told that I had an invalid Serial #. I have 14 days left until my software will no longer be useable
