Empire Software eagerly charged my card $59.99 for MS Office Suite on Friday. The activation code (in tiny type) and link were in the online receipt. Product downloaded and, it said, installed. Fortunately I had copied the activation code (never got an email); unfortunately MS said it wasn't a code for that product. Called; voice message said they were closed until Monday, Eastern time and did not offer to take a message. I emailed them Friday, expecting to hear from them on Monday. When I didn't hear from them, I tried to go back to the website to verify the email address. It's gone. As of Monday, July 10, the website is "not found."
