Software-Hq frequently, if not always, charges an additional $32.85 to your credit card when you subscribe to their service. I was billed $52.80 when I only authorized a $19.95 charge. Since the transaction is all handeled by computer (robot) I have to assume that everybody is overcharged. This company will not discuss the overbilling by phone and refers you to their e-mail form for corrections. The e-mails are never responded to.
