I ordered Microsoft Office 2016 for Windows 10 in Apr 2017. Nothing about the website appeared to be shady. After paying just $89 for the Student edition for PC, I was provided with a product key. I was unable to install it at the time, as my cheap laptop did not have the capacity to store the program.

I saved the information for a future time when I had a better laptop, as the website indicated a one-time, one computer install. Fast forward to Sept 2017. With a laptop that has the required space to download, I now find myself with an invalid product key. When attempting to contact the company (based on the phone # provided on my bank statement that corresponds with the online purchase 626-861-9906), it rings 3 times and hangs up on me. I want my money back!
