softwareswift.com Software Empire Minute Download.com Software Swift Scammed me! Internet

On February 16, 2018, I was on the Microsoft Office website shopping for a new Office Home and Student Software to download to my new laptop, thinking that the software was expired.  Somehow, I don't know how, a screen came up with Microsoft Office Products. I saw what I thought was an awesome deal.

It was Microsoft Office Home and Student download/product key for only $34.99. I read all of the information and it appeared to be the same product I was looking for on the Microsoft Office website. After purchasing the product key and downloading it, it gave me an expiration date of March 18, 2018. I realized this must have been a mistake so I reached the company via "chat" online. I was told that there was nothing they could do.

I then went to Microsoft.com and did and online chat with them. They removed the office program and some other stuff that had been added to my computer along with the download that Microsoft agents said were harmful. I tried again to contact Minutedownload.com (the same company but name changed for billing). I told them I wanted to get a refund because I realized I received ONLY 1 Month product use. What I purchase was for 1 computer for life. There was no expiration date on the product key I was purchasing.  I was told they could sell me another office product but that is all they could do.

I still have not gotten a refund even though I asked for one. I was told there would be no refund. I googled Software Swift and saw this site "Ripoff Report" and knew for sure that I was scammed.
