Sol Y Mar Beach Resort is not legal, it does not have a full building license and you should not send money under any circumstances, the person who is dealing with all of his is Convicted felon Maurizio Dottore from the Uk. his company is www.BLCbrazil.com
The project is in the middle of nowhere and Mr Dottore claims that a rental company www.FortalezaHolidayrentals.com will rent them out, I am afraid that this is just another of his companies.
when it is built Mr Dottore will be long gone!

This post is false and posted by 2 ex partners in past businesses .

David Mahoney who is the developer for Coconut Grove located in the fising village of Flexcherias just a few kms from the abovve resort. www.coconutgrovebrail.com

His brother is James Scurrah owner and partner of Fredom Properties brazil.

We have documented evidence from the named parties trying to blackmail and threatning to carry out the false reports lisred. Both are also resposible for posting false damaging vidios and other posts.
We are happy to provide copies of the document that show and prove this is a false report.
