Sona Diamonds Owner : DR CLEVE I placed an order with Dr Cleve seems like a great guy little did i know the guy is a con artist. i ordered 870.00 necklace for my girlfriend for our 3 year anniversary so Clive tells me it will be there in 10-20 days everything is fine . So time goes bye and i cant get ahold of him , he's not returning nay of my calls so i dispute the item with Capital One turns out they have 120 day deadline to make a decision i had sent all of our emails that Cleve and I had talked about and the gap in time where he had not emailed me back , Capital One gave me a 120 day b******* line so im out the money . Iknow there is know Sona Diamonds in Franklin WI found that out in about 30 seconds so i figure with the web and some money i can find where good old Dr Cleve of course to just talk with him on the phone and return the 870.00 he stole from me and the rest of these people complaining Ill be d**n if this old man thinks hes getting my money. i could really care less about the money its to the point where i just really dislike CLEVE"con man" . On October 2, 2013 I called and placed an order for a diamond necklace and diamond earrings , the man who i spoke to was Clive told me he would take care of me and told me the number he was calling from was his personal cell phone unfortantly that made me feel more safe . I told Clive that the order was a gift for my then girlfriend now fiance our 3 year anniversey was coming up November 1 2013. Clive informed me the item would take from 10-20 days to complete then sent out so it was kind of pushing it but not really a big deal. So a week or so after i placed the order he had called my phone my fiance answered , i was unavaliable , after the call my fiance told me that Clive had an attitude with her. I tried calling Clive back several times that week , so i made the dicision to Dispute the order through capital One , I tried explaining the situation to capital one and was under the impression that this dispute would be an easy finish . I contined to email Cleve with no reply and disputing the order through capital one . After several months capital one sent me information to gather and send back to then with in two weeks i sent all the paperwork i had from the order emails bill statements phone records etc .Finally i got ahold of capital one and they inform me that it has been over 120 days so there was nothing that they could do about it . And in so many emails i just asked Clive for what i had ordered even though my anniversy passed along with christmas her birthday valentines day so i beleive he never had any intension of ever sending me anything . Dr Clive is a con artist for sure there are so many different address for sona diamond and different email addresses.. So i m out 870.00 and two canceled capital one cards ..Todays Date 03/02/2014 thanks Clive
