sonicelectronix sonicelectronix not providing warranty Internet

 I have a Rockford amp that I bought from sonicelectronix on 4/26/14 . the website says you have a 365 day warranty that also no where state's that cosmetic, painting or customizing my product would void my warranty.. I sent the amp back Because the left channel on the amp was weaker than the right channel. I was told by sonicelectronix that because I painted the Rockford logo on the amp that they had to void my warranty. Well I contacted the BBB an then sonicelectronix says that they will send the amp to Rockford for repair. I have the amp back now and the problem is still present. I do not believe the amp was ever sent to Rockford Fosgate. Its nice being that my warranty runs out today on 4/26/15.
