Sophia Monroe, Raylene Vanhorne ripoff fraudulent psychics travel the globe Haverstraw New York

This is on behalf of my 83yr old father who has been receiving letters from Raylene VanHorne and Sophia Monroe and others I've lost track of from France to Switzerland to British Columbia, Ontario and now New York. I guess they can afford to travel considering the money they're raking in. Our most recent response was dated May 5 explaining they had no record of his payment and could he provide proof of payment such as cancelled check or charge card statement. Sure, then they have more info about you.

It's my belief that maybe these are not real people - sort of like when people write Kilroy was here - obviously there is no person called Kilroy. I think these are kits that can be purchased by cons and just passed around. If these are real people why have they not been apprehended. Maybe it takes, as usual, some politician's or police officer's mother or father to be a victim before any action is taken.
