SOS GARAGE DOOR REPAIR PAID FOR SLIDING DOOR REPLACEMENT NEVER COMPLETED INSTALLATION NOW CANT LEAVE HOUSE NO LOCK ON DOOR GLENDALE AZ

I am a disabled veteran and I called SOS garage door repair on Union hills to have them adjust my rollers on my sliding door and tweak the lock so it latches better and to fix the 1/4 inch gap between my doors when closed. Well,  they sent out a tech by the name of travis and he said he couldn't fix it that i needed a whole new sliding door system and I asked him how much something like that would cost and he said $1100 and i told him lets do it and he said he had to charge me $100 for todays work and needs the money for the door because he has to order it.

 So I gave him $900 in addition to the $100 for the days repairs.  He returned on Saturday April 14th, 2018 to install the new door and he forgot the lock so I can't leave my home because there is not way to lock it from the outside so anyone can come into my home when I'm gone. Anyway,  he said hell be back in a couple of days to install the lock.  He came on Monday with the wrong lock he needed one that had some kind of barrel and will come back and finish the framing and the installation of the lock and could i pay him the balance of $200 and since he was almost done and I believed he would come back .

Well he made appointment after appointment and never showed up or texted me that he wasn't coming. So, today May 10th,  2018 I contacted the company directly and they said they fired him because he did not pay the company so they are not going to finish the job.  I got caught in the middle of an employer and employees dispute with no way to leave my house secure.  Please help me these people need to put in the proper lock and finish the framing maybe 30 minutes of work.  They just won't and you should see the nasty texts he sent me unprofessional  and rude.  If they did this to me think how many others can be abused when they are disabled and have no money and live in a trailer every penny counts and now they want me to have someone else do the work.  Help, Help, Help my phone number is (((REDACTED))).
