South Skies Communications Conor Curran is a liar! Internet 

 I managed a merchant processing room and needed a new predictive dialer for the company I worked for. Conor Curran who I thought was a friend of mine offered his predictive dialer at a discount for 90 days. He is the owner of south skies communications. I allowed Conor to install his dialer on a Sunday night when I was not present. I had my I.T. guy there with him. He was about to change our operating systems to Linux instead of Windows. My I.T. guy called me to tell me what he was doing and I gave a firm NO.

I told them not to uninstall Windows but Conor proceeded anyway. The first day we had sound problems and I could not make any adjustments because I do not know anything about Linux. It is like going from Windows to a Mac as far as I could figure out. I called Conor and he said we needed new headsets at a cost of $150 per station. I then told him to put Windows back on my 18 computer stations, but he REFUSED! I told him I needed the ability to monitor and record all of our calls, he again REFUSED. He told me life is too short to deal with me.

After weeks of threatining him he finally agreed to re install Windows. He showed up 4 hours late that day to make the changes. I went outside to have a smoke and came back in to find him sleeping in front of all my employees. When he woke up 45 minutes later he told me he was out of time, not even doing the first change. He left. Conor is a true piece of CRAP! Do not ever trust him with your business needs. I also believe he stole leads and sold them to other clients. I tried to set up a meeting with him this evening to discuss my problems with him and he hung up on me.
