Dave Meadors (Pete Lucarelli's sidekick), formerly at Safety Sense Technologies, has relocated to Florida and set up a new distributorship of Detech called Southern Atlantic Safety.

This company uses its employees as the main source of income by forcing them to put their system in their homes. The skinny is they hire an individual with the promise of making $1000.00 a week while performing fire safety presentations, but in order to work for the company you must put a system in your house at no cost to the employee. Average cost: $2000.00 not including interest at 22%. It is the definition of churn'em and burn'em as I saw 2-3 new employees every week while others quit when they found out promises by Dave were bold face lies.

The amount of turnover was jaw dropping but the kicker is you couldn't give the system back. Dave Meadors would come to your house and help you set up the system. After the system was up he went over the contract for "training purposes" but in reality you where signing a contract binding you to the financial responsibilty.

After the system was up the next step was to get ramped up by preying on your family and friends. After putting up a few systems you soon find out how there is no weekly salary and the company exhibits terrible business ethics.
