I was doing a credit report on myself to check my credit score and I noticed southern management for $1600. It took me forever just to find out who they were. When I found out I was very angry. They were messing up my credit for a place Ive never lived. I didnt even know where its located. I just now found contact info for the first time on this page. 1st, I disputed the charge it was remove from one credit buraue, but it was put back. I offered to pay a lower rate, they declined saying they want the full amount. Again, this for a place ive never lived. Somebody please help!!! Im getting denied for apartments now.

Your posting doesn't make much sense. Why would you offer to pay a lower rate as a part of disputing a credit report you say is wrong to begin with?? In any event if you are challenging this you need to go to the company and ask for proof that you signed an agreement with them for anything. Challenge that if in fact they cannot produce this documentation then maybe there is some case of identity theft that you are claiming that someone else used your SSN and other info to obtain a lease then file a police report.
