Please avoid spending your hard earned cash in this so called swim spa.

This spa arrived and had a jet broken an a mayor leak.

the doors to acced the pump, well the wood is just yelow pine with a cypress stain.

The doors swell with the mayor leack and they send new ones, well they did not make the trip ups, they wer all busted, the constuction and amateur did this wood work, the staples too short bearly touching the wood on the other side. the cabinet well I had my doubts is not going to last, they got chesse 1/4 foam stapled and bearly glued on the inside of cabinet, the man that comes and delivers and just muscle with no brains the jacuzxi swim spa has been shimmy in one side since the cabinet was to low on one side, they did a crumy job with the caulking and the silicone. Very poor QA and control, I spend 11795.00 for this and the electronics are poor quality. The man the came to repair he said he quit his job dow there becasue people were upset at the quality of this swim spa I whish I had spend 20,000 for a real endless pool, now Im sorry I had giving them a wire transfer. The slesman was so eager to sell the spa and so pushy and ask for a 200 doen payment to hold the sale. He asure me I had some stools and a counter.

My big porblem Im 6"1 and I can swim at all in it just use it to do water exercises and have to put my feet in floaties so I do not hit them on the sides. They lie asying I have solid cypress, that is not cypress, cypress will not split with crews. the doors were so pooly made 4 screws only. I have to buy some stainless screws to put two in each slat, I will have to buy some quality sealer and seal all wod inside and out of this swim spa pool. The corporation Carla lasy she keep small time in and you nevfer can call the woman.I'm her worst nigthmare and I told her this is a piece that Im not porud of in my home. I told her my friendsa have money to burn since we are old and we do not have expenses and thy wont buy one from them now that is a great deal, one voice many complains and they are off unless they change the way they want to skim people for this items very pricy and faulty. Do not buy they are just made with the feet in America, it looks like here you go type company. they were good at responding but the quality realy is undersireble. Look for others they are many now and they are a lot more money but they are worth that, this are just a wanabe all the way and the corporation do not care they only wan your money and the sales man his commision so do not invest your health with them.
