All State Home Owners Insurance (Fire) Our home burned to the ground on April 11, 09. due to an electrical fire. After paying for homeowners for ten years All State refusses to pay the claim because the fire was ruled undertermined. All State keeps a fire investor on staff to write in arson if it looks like the insurance comp has to pay the claim. We had NO reason to destory our home and we lose everything we'd worked for for 20 yrs. Birmingham Alabama
