Perma-Treat of Portland, Owners Jim & Marla Toma They Power washed and applied a 15 year guaranteed Sealer on our Patio pavers. This ended up severely spotting them. They refuse to correct the problem. We had two other professionals look at the issue and both said the pavers need to be replaced. The least expensive quote we got for replacement is $12,250.00.
