RenuvaDerm After paying for the S&H of free trials, this company charged my debit card $182.00 (Unauthorized). I contacted the company and the rep told me that I was charged full price because I had not returned the free samples back within 15 days. I was totally disappointed and and told her to cancel any future shipping. She attempted to sell me the products using her discount percentage. I believe I was taken advantage of as I am a senior citizen and did not authorize this company to pay for the free samples. I also told the rep that the eye serum did not work, and the other sample for the skin had been used up. Like the other complainant stated, when the free samples came, there was no billing statement or reminders about any future payments. I felt like I was ambushed. I hope to get a full refund because I cannot use either sample, and if I was interested in purchasing the products, I certainly am not interested now. This company comes off as being greedy.. Why am I paying for free samples? This is a ripoff..... Internet

RenuvaDerm I ordered online a sample order of RenuvaDerm skin and eye cream. They asked for my credit card to cover the nominal postage fees. Then,not only did they charge me full price for the samples but they sent a second order of products. Because I did not cancel the first set of free products I cannot be reimbursed for them, at a cost of $200.00!! This must be an unlawful scam for sure. What too do? Santa Ana California

I want to make sure my credit card isn't charged for anything more. This was supposed to be a free trial. I received no paperwork or account number and am very upset. renuvaderm renuvaderm skin this company somehow got a hold of my debit card and email. i noticed four charges on my act. complained to my bank. was told to call this company. i did and finally after days of arguing with them they got a supervisor on line. he told me that if i did not make a complaint against them and go to my bank and do a conference call with them they would send me cancelations emails wich the did. but my bank told me this was a scam.
