Spectrum/Time Warner Cable Cable Pricing Rip Off Nationwide
I have been a Time Warner Cable Customer for many many years. Last month I paid 116.00 for my service. I just opened my bill and it was 180.00. I called customer support who then transferred me to an account specialist who advised that she could switch me to a different package that would be 10.00 cheaper but I would have slower internet and lose some channels. When I said why would I do that I could go elsewhere she said ok. I said it seems that Spectrum has no long term customer loyalty and I will make sure to spread the word. She said she understands and ended the call. I will right now contact AT&T cable and I will send out and email blast to all of my contacts about this. I highly doubt any of them are with Spectrum anyway though.
