Speedy Appliance Service Took deposit and never came back to do the repair Bellmore New York

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuget about using this imitation repair service. The only thing they are go for is taking your $75 deposit, (which is supposed to be applied to the repair if they come back). Which this company didn't come back to complete the repairs after a month of waiting on so called parts. They already had the money for the deposit to return to complete the repair which is a contractual agreement, an obligation to complete a job. After several attempts to contact they company to resolve the issue, I was transferred and hung up on. Finally after calling too many times in one day for their operator I guess, he gave me the actual service technician personal cellphone number. Spoke to the tech that took the deposit and he was like yea yea yea with attitude Ill be there tommorrow that was weeks ago. Never showed up never even gave a courtesy call.
