Spirit Incentives promised 6 free trips to listen to a sales pitch promised to last 1h 1/2. It lasted 2 1/2 hours and was an ugly experience, but this isn't the complaint.
I have tried to file for my vacations several times. Every time I have been rebuffed for filing the wrong dates. Their rules specify that there must be three choices and that the choice dates must be 30 days apart. Everytime I submit my choices for dates to travel, I get a reply back saying that the dates are not 30 days apart. After getting the second rebuff, I got suspicious and made a copy of the form I sent to them. Today, they replied once again that the dates I chose were not 30 days apart, but the dates they said I chose do not match my xeroxed copy!
They are changing (quite illegally) my form to make it inelligible every time. I doubt I will be able to get an explanation from them. Every time I call, "call volumes are so high, [Spirit Incentives] suggests you call again later" and then they hang up!
Stay away from them.
