I ordered an infrared sauna from spiritualquest.com after receiving a coupon that offered 30% off for any orders over $500.00.  Upon confirmation of my order (I have the emails) and my credit card was charged I received a phone call from the company advising me that it was a "mistake."  He was rude and said he was reversing the charge (which he did) as the coupon should have not applied.

What a ripoff - did not honor the order.  Don't order from this liar.

I have ordered from SpiritualQuest many times over the years - all without incident, though I will say Rick is very often short and rude - but I haven't yet found another place from which to buy the products I like so I've put up with it - until now.  I ordered a gift 2 weeks ago to be sent to someone other than myself.  While it was delivered in 2 days it was delivered to me. 

When I called I got huge attitude from "Richard," asked for "Rick" to call me thinking perhaps it was someone different and was told okay, and was told to just put in a ticket - I put in a ticket and got a response from "Rick" - the same guy I had just spoken to on the phone!  I said, why didn't you just say who you were?!  He appologized and said he had just learned some news and wasn't in a good place - I understood - he said I could keep the product sent to me and they would send another to the person who was supposed to get it in the first place or they could pick it up. 

I wrote twice that I'd like to keep it and for confirmation that the 2nd package was sent.  Days went by, I asked what happened as I never got a response only to be told they had to pick up the package because it was the only one in inventory, supposedly.  I said fine - BUT it had to be delivered by 4/28 or no one would be there to accept it.  They set up the delivery for 2 days later and GROUND - so it's getting picked up today but will be delivered when no one is there to receive it for the week...

And I just got an email that they are going to pickup the package and have it returned to them and will refund my money!  They won't incur triple the cost - to deliver it the way it has to be delivered now because of their screw ups!!! UNREAL!!!

To say I am dismayed and annoyed is putting it mildly.  No offer of a coupon, no refund, no communication until I push and everything done incorrectly at every step and now they won't do anything to keep a customer.  I'll never buy from them again - Shame on them - this is not how to run a biz, how to deal with long time customers, etc.  They keep this up and they'll be out of biz soon!  Karma (for a company that sells under the name "SPIRITUAL" - guess their quest has been an utter failure.
