Splendyr customer service hangs up on me every time I call to inquire about my promised refund for charges incorrectly charged to my account highland Utah

 I ordered the 7 day trial but the products took 12 days to arrive.  By day 14 my account was charged 139.90.  I understood that I had 30 days to try the products before anything would be charged to my account.  I never even had a chance to try the products before I was charged.  When I called they said in order to have this money refunded I had to mail the unused samples back and provide them with the tracking number.  I mailed products back on Jan 6 and they were received Jan 9. 

I have called them 3-4 times/week asking about my refund and am always told the same thing:  "Your bank will not allow us to credit your account.  We will cut you a check and mail it to your home.  Please wait 10 days from today to receive this check."  Everytime I call I ask when the 10 days starts and it always starts on that day.  I just called again on Jan 22 and was told the 10 days would start today.  I asked them why the 10 days wasn't started on Jan 9 or any of the other times I've called and every time they hang up on me.  I'm not expecting to ever see this refund and never even tried the product.
