Sprint - Nextel Ripoff BEtrayal Carol Stream Illinois

Back in 2002, I was satisfied with my cellur phone and I was happy with my service. Little did I know that my sense of satisfaction would turn from one of trust to a deep feeling of betrayal. I dedided to change my phone service by getting a second phone. I foolishy trusted the csr that I talked to about adding a phone.


I asked some questions. Would it cost more? How much more?

I was assurred by the customer rep that I would only be charged $10.00 a month more than I was then paying and would not be subjected to a renewing of my contract.

So, what happens? I get a bill for over $400 the following month, a renewed contract and do not get the free phone that I was promised.

I felt violated, waylaid as it were by a bandit on the highway. Only this thug was the then Sprint company.
I wrote, I called, I pleaded in vain and was simply told to pay up.

I feel that I do not owe this attempt at extortion.
I am now no longer on their records, this bill has been turned over to Cavalry Portfolio services,Llc.

The letters I wrote to customer service to Sprint during this stressful period went unanswered. Sprint treated me as not worthy of consideration and like the proverbial dust from which legend says that we have sprung.

All because of an ad on Television about ten dollars a month and being mislead by a csr.
