I have read most of the complaints about Sprint and it sounds like a broken record. I dont understand how a company of this caliber can continue to practice business in this manner.

I have had it, (3) times in the past year and a half years there have been unauthorized withdraws from my account, resulting in hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. I know now that this is happening to thousands of honest hard working people. ENOUGH!!

If anyone out there knows of a big time lawer who is ballzy enough to take on a class action lawsuit against SprintPCS I truly believe there is one hell of a case here!!!!

I hear ya!

AUTHOR: Melissa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 16, 2004

I havent even been with sprint for 6 months yet and I am fed up with them! The second bill I got I paid it over the phone. I called to make sure they received my payment the next day. A lady said they had and everything was fine my bill was paid. Next thing I knew I had a letter from my bank saying I overdrafted twice from sprint. I went to they bank to get it straighted out and they said it was a sprint error. Sprint had taked an extra $1.01 out of my account. I had just enough to cover my bill so when they did that my account overdrafted. Now i am stuck with a $25 returned check fee.

I have been trying to call customer care to see if it can be taked off my account. The first time I called someone answered the phone who sounded drunk. I couldnt hear a word they said, it was all slurred. I started telling them what i was calling about and they hung up on me! So I called right back. Then I called right back and told them the deal with my account. He asked for my information then put me on hold. When i got off hold he told me the computers were down and I would have to call back. I called back a couple hours later and was told I would have to wait for 30 mins!! I called back the next day. Someone answered the phone and started pushing buttons then hung up on me again!!

I decided i've had enough BS from them. So i went to their website and wrote them and e-mail and I am still waiting to hear back.

I would absolutely love to join in on a class action lawsuit and i just might know of a lawyer willing to take it on.

~Melissa~

I worked for sprint for the past four years, I know the company a lot. I have seen a lot about them. From LD to PCS. They are a real screw up. If anybody wants to start a lawsuit against them I will be more than happy to contribute with my knowledge.

Sprint never checked ssn# againist address

AUTHOR: Constance - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 25, 2004

Sprint gave a cell phone to a person who use my ssn#. They never check the address which they send the cell phone to. Months later i received a phone call fron a collection agency asking for payment on a phone i never send up for. I asked for a copy of the contract and never received it This bill is now showing as a charge off on a sprint bill i never signup for. Sprint is now asking me to prove who i am. If they had got my phone or address from TRW they would have known the person getting the phone was not me.

Sprint good profit bad practice

AUTHOR: Renee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 12, 2004

I would like to add my own experience to this. I went to a shop in Vancouver WA. I signed up for sprint and got a nifty phone for free. I thought it was a pretty good deal but when I tried to use the phone I kept getting cut off. during a period of 2 days I made several calls all of which either didnt go through or got cut off after a couple minutes. I think my longest call was 6 min. I tried troubleshooting by reading the manual and we did everything we should. I decided my verizon phone had worked good and wanted to go back to them. The person told me I had 14 days to cancel but would still have to pay the set up (because we can fee) of $35. So 5 days after getting the phone I took it back and did not want to even pay the $35. The shop newly opened had said a promotio of 50 deduction would be applied but never was. I was billed $68. The calls I made all less then 1 min and 1 was 4 min and one 6 all local were for $0. So I called spring "What is the $68 for? They said they would reverse the charges. The next month another bill came. I called this time they said they would not reverse the charges then I got a letter saying that I had bad credit and had to use the clear pay program. I called them again and they said I should not have gotten that (salt to the wound). Yesterday I called one last effort to only pay the $35 I was told about. Again they said no you have to pay the $68 and thank you for being a sprint cutomer (alwasy say that like it makes everything good.) Today I got 3 calls to pay the bill at my home phone that I use for work. I told them I would pay it because I didnt want my credit ruined but they said they would keep calling because it was an "auto dial"? I call it harasment, illegal and I call it bad business what do you call it Sprint?

Unethical business by Sprint PCS

AUTHOR: Brent - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 10, 2004

I too have had a multitude of problems with Sprint PCS as I've been a customer of theirs for the past four years. First and fore most, Sprint promises a "clean and clear" connection with their digital service, but are inherently plaigued with dropped calls and extremely poor cell service, i.e. transmission signal. When I call Sprint customer service to report this problem (and actually manage to get through to a human being), they tell to either call *2 and have it "reprogrammed" over the air, or take it into a Sprint store to have the same thing done. This however does absolutely nothing to enhance service, which leads me to believe that their mandate is to lie. Signal strength is fickle at best as I can be in an area of the best service and still have my signal fade, only to look at the five bars of signal strength on my phone. What then is the reason for my dropped call? Finally, Sprint has overcharged me over $200 only after I made it painfully clear to them that I have no intention of doing business with them anymore, and I am not on a contract. And if that wasn't enough, as I was talking to a representative about this today and hinting at bringing a third party into my dispute, "Signal Faded"!
I will gladly assist anyone in bringing Sprint's unethical business practices to the public eye. Please, if there is a lawsuit against Sprint, I would like to be a part of it.

I am just sick and tired of Sprint!

AUTHOR: LTracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, February 13, 2004

I am with you all the way, Marcus!!I am just sick and tired of Sprint! Every month I feel like I have to talk to them and it should not be this way!! This was the last straw that broke the camel's back when they withdrew money from my acct, without my permission!!! Then they tried to say that my husband or someone with access to my acct must have "accidently" added this option. First of all, I'm not married. Second, that is BS!!!! I had to go to my bank and stop the amt ($125.85) that was gonna be withdrawn. When sprint noticed they couldnt get that exact amt, they withdrew for another amt ($80.67). The bank credited me and stopped all payments to sprint. I am dead tired and something has to be done to stop them. They are the real RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
