Sprint Pcs Cancel ripoff Jacksonville Florida

I used to have an account with sprint even though I had to constantly deal with the all to familiar feeling of being disconnected because of I had an unpaid balance of $1.00 or even less at times. I still kept them in spite of this. Recently I have pulled my credit report and was very surprised to see that I have an outstanding balance that was close to $500.00. Immediately I called and asked them what was going on especially since I had called to cancel my line late february because I was going on a six month deployment.
The costumer consultant cooly told me that my line was active July of last year until they disconnected this. Now this raised a lot of flags because I repeated the exact date I called to have it cancelled and as I stated before Sprint is known to disconnect a line for a person owing a whole lot less than that. So as of right now I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am sorry for those who have no choice but to keep them.
