I've had service with Sprint for about six months. I've tried four different Sprint phones and haven't been able to get decent reception with any of them. Not one of the phones would work at all inside my apartment, and the phone I have now doesn't even work well outside. The phone cannot even hold the reception long enough to reach customer service.

I've tried to get out of my contract with Sprint, but I was told, "Cell phones and cell phone service do not work everywhere." That's not how Sprint advertises their services. I thought I would be enjoying crystal clear calls on Sprint's nationwide digital PCS network...? What happened?!?

I'm very disappointed and I want to try AT&T wireless.
