Sprint Mobile Phone Service ..don't be fooled

On Sptint's web site I saw an ad saying that if I order my sprint pcs service online ,I'll get $50.00 off from my first bill($25.00 first month and $25.00 another month)and also, if I buy a mobile phone too, then they'll give me rebate $50.00 for the phone too.Total saving of $100.00 if I order all that online in one package.

So I did ordered it. When I submited my online request, a screen popped up saying that they'll give me $40.00 off of my first bill ($20.00 and $20.00). I called them right away and they said that it was a mistake and the real saving is $25.00 off of first service bill and $25.00 off second month bill and also, $50.00 rebate for ordering a phone too. Total $100.00.

Well, when I got my first bill, they took off $20.00 and next month only $10.00. When I called they acted stupid like it was never $50.00 and said it was a mistake online. Oh I hate them. Treat me like if I am stupid or didn't see what they were advertising online. However, I was promiced to get my $50.00 for the phone.

I am still wating and wating and wating. I called them again after two months and they said there never was anything like what they bought me for, meaning that there is no such thing like $50.00 rebate for the phone and moreover, they never had anything like"order online and get $100.00 off"

I feel so cheated!!!! I hate them croocks! I feel sorry that I did not make a picture of their website or didn't print it.
Now if I see any "too good to be true" offer online, I print it and also, make a picture of it.I am sure that there are many people like me who were fooled too by Sprint PCS.
