Sprint Pcs Ripoff Dirty Cheating - Disconnect Service after bill was paid Overland Park Kansas

Sprint overcharded me for dropped 411 calls. Sprint did give me a credit for half (1/2) of the money that was due. However, Sprint Charged me the Full amount for the minutes. NO, deductions were given for the minutes. Which put me over my spending limit. And resulted in a higher monthly charge.

Next. I disputed this with Sprint and received no satisfaction.
Then Sprint waited until I paid my next months payment and then Sprint disconnected my phone. After I paid the bill.

I have since filed in small claims court and of course their attorney has filed in civil court.

Sprint is a Dirty - Cheaten Company. I guess that's why they've gotten so BIG. They cheat the little guy right and left.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this matter.
