Sprint is the worst wireless provider I have ever had. I had Verizon and Nextel and never had any problems with them. Then when I went to upgrade my Nextel phone, the girl working convinced me to switch to Sprint. I got a cool new phone and was so excited. Until I got my first bill. I had the exact same plan that I had with Nextel (500 anytime with free incoming). Except with Nextel it was about $65/month and with Sprint it was over $100/month. The girl had promised me over $75 worth of credits because of issues they were having when trying to activate my phone. Well, those were credits that I never saw. Then to top it off, they would overcharge me for texts (even tho I had unlimited texting) and I don't even have the right phone number connected to my voicemail. Then the next dissapointment came when I realized about 70% of my calls were being dropped. I would have to call someone 5 or 6 times just to get through one conversation. I have a free incoming plan, but that kind of defeats the purpose. I tried calling a CSR to express my dissatisfaction and lost the call 3 times. SO FRUSTRATING. All the CSR's I have ever talked to have always been nice, so that has never been a complaint. It's the talking for 2 minutes before you realize there is no one on the other line. I e-mailed Sprint with my problems and never heard back from anyone. I e-mailed again. And again. Then randomly I got a Sprint Customer Service Survey, I filled it out stating all my problems and it said someone would be contacting me within 48 hours. Never heard from anyone. I sent ANOTHER e-mail telling them how upset I was with this "service" and how no one will get back to me and I need these issues resolved. Finally about a week later I got an email from someone named Marcus. He said I could get credit for my dropped calls by pressing *2TALK after a call is dropped. Well I tried that and it didn't work. All it said was the number or code you diales is incorrect. I wrote him back as soon as I found that out and never heard anything back from him. I have not paid my phone bill because I think it is outrageous for me to be paying a full $100+ phone bill for service that is NO WHERE NEAR SATISFACTORY. I don't agree with businesses doing whatever they want and still getting all their money. It's not fair to us consumers. Anyways, they shut off my phone because I had yet to pay my bill because I had yet to recieve any customer service or support. Now I cannot contact anyone through the phone or e-mail and this is just the most frustrating thing ever. I hate Sprint. I wish I never would have switched.

Fight back sprint

I too had service problems but with a SPRINT wireless card for my laptop. I canceled service but they wanted to still charge me for the monthly billing and a $200 early cancellation fee. After getting nowhere like you I did the following.
I printed out a letter with the heading "NOTICE BEFORE LAWSUIT". I explained that I wanted a judge to decide this disagreement because In my opinion I should not have to pay on a contract that THEY violated by not providing me consistent service.
I further explained all the times I called and emailed them for help but was ignored. I stated that I would give them 14 days to respond before I would go to the courthouse and file the lawsuit.
I called sprint and asked the CSR for the address of the legal department refusing to discuss my reason why I wanted it. After receiving the address I mailed the letter CERTIFIED for proof of delivery.
In only 3 days I received a phone call from SPRINT corporate office saying that the matter was resolved and I would receive a complete refund which I did receive.
I know all situations are a little different but thought you might try what I did. Good luck.
