Sprint Said I had service before and I never did Nationwide

 I went to try and get service and cell phone from them and when they started to get my information they told me that I had previously had service with them and when they called the customer service and they said that they could not get any information from the account because I didn't know the information they had. They said that I need to call the fraud department and dispute this and when I tried to do that I can't talk to anyone they only give me a web page and do a paper and dispute it. How can I find out when it was open and how much I owed but I never had service with them because I have always had prepaid service. I have been with cricket wireless and family mobile service so I don't know when or where I would have had them.
