I was a potential cusotmer of Graniti Vicentia at their Austin location. I must say that this company is running a scam. Not only did they not ship out my order, but they took my money and are refusing to return it. Their owner SRINIVASA RAO KATRAGADDA is the biggest scam artist.
I wish I would of done by research before deciding to give them my money. This is your warning. Do not do business with this company. They will rip you off. They dont deliver orders and when they do ship they deliver items that are not up to par what what they present in their showroom.
Be warned and stay away.
