Stamps .com - USPS Neverending nightmare the government supports Internet

As a woman who has survived a facially and physically debilitating cancer, postal lines became increasingly difficult, i noticed in Postal blue with the Eagle outline on the counter in a rack a disk for stamps.com.

I picked it up took it home and loaded it.

I could do all my three letters a month from home and print my stamps, no more lines.  Since I am without transportation, no more hunting a neighbor to take me to buy the few stamps i needed,  I read trems and conditions, nothing about service charges, just the costs of stamps the need for a stamps . com scale that hooked into my computer. A credit or debit card registered so I could buy my home printable stamps.

When it got to company name we put in brown bhob's basket, a family joke, bhob our dog and erstwhile child sends birthday cards etc to family members.

For some reason it would not take my credit card i thought, so I listed my check card. Again it it did not appear to go through, so my husband tried his.

Then in a week we got two envelopes with stamps dot com disks newer versions.  Along with printable sheets for stamps, $5.00 in free postage and coupons for 95 in postage over a year.- Gee a bargain?

My husband and I live on less than a thousand a month, we watch almost every dime.  He is an skinny insulin dependent diabetic and i lost half my face, neck, mouth, most of my hearing, clear speech and balance to a hereditary cancer.

We are kind people.    We work with others in our neighborhood to help them get the things they need.

Suddenly checks began to bounce.  It was stamps.com charging my account twice a month 17.40.  I tried e-mailing them for three months, finally had to wait until two int he afternoon to reach them, I asked for a supervisor got a salesman who for ten minutes tried to get me to buy more services,  finally i said lawyer.  A supervisor named Helen came on she was courteous, said it would be stopped.  I asked them to make sure we were in their computer one time, since we had received two envelopes.  She said we were in theirs just once.  By the time this was cleared up it had cost me $300 in returned check charges ALL THEIRS. i REMOVED STAMPS .COM FROM MY COMPUTER Guess what  this month once again my bank statement reflected stamps.com twice when i was already budgeted to the penny. another 41 over drawn, I had fifteen left in my account.  Tomorrow i am going to put a permanent stop payment.  Changing banks, though Ihave had the same bank for four years. Then i am having my SS checks deposited to a prepaid debit card.   Call them again?  I removed the stamps . com from my computer.  i misplaced the number, guess what the only way to get it is by reregistering with stamps.com. 

I am tired of online blackmail- this company extorts payments and refuses to stop.  Impossible to reach, impossible to stop with destroying your credit.
