I never signed up for the service but began receiving bills from Stamps.com. At first I didn't realize they were bills as they looked similar to mailings other companies use as ads. Not only was I receiving one for the correct address, but also for another apartment in the same building I never lived in.

After it was supposedly taken care of, I received a collection for the apartment I never lived in since the information they had on file was not valid. I was not out any money for any of this, but considering I never signed up for or used either of the accounts, it should of been closed and bills no longer coming since the person I spoke to said that I would not receive any more bills.
