in regards to the latest response by mr. stan howard llc, no matter what he states, the facts still remain that he HAS NOT RETURNED my 50K investement from 6/2009...., everrything I have stated up to this point is 100% true.  i have no idea what he is stating about returing funds to other investors and confirming that informaiton with his attorney..., i was notified that mr. stan howard filed for bankruptcy and i was listed as an creditor and my funds were wiped out in his bankuptcy...,

if mr. stan howard LLC returns my funds and pays me in full with interest and my attorney fees, i will update this report and advise that he has done so..., until that time, everything i have written and all information i have provided on this report should be considered true and accurate...., if mr stan howard llc is ready to pay and return my funds, he can advise he is ready to do so via this report and i will enagage with him, his bank, and his attorney to start the process.

this report that was file was a joke and this person got mad because he couldn't close a business transaction and took upfront fee's from his client. the funds that was sent my corporation was forwarded to a commerical escrow company in california. when the transaction didn't close i paid this investor 30K in cash of every penny that was sent to my corporation for 72 hours and the investor funds where sent by my bank to mrs.tonnie hardstone commerical escrow company in california.

my attorney shawn olson whose office is located in newport,california handle this payment and had that investor sign off that my company paid him in full. this person who filed this fraud charge is a liar and may ge sued for a this fileing and slander. anyone that has any issue's contact my attorney office and he will tell you this investor is a liar and handle all payment back to this investor.i didn't know mr.lorenzo nava at that time he received 10k i wasn't aware of any payment made to mr.lorenzso nava by this investor.

in regards to the response by mr. stan howard llc, this is more lies and scam and bs, mr. stan howard llc has filed for bankruptcy...  he has no assets.  i have the documentation to prove this.  the property he gave a lien against was already in foreclosure when he provided the lien documents.  he will never return any money and is a true scam artist.  do not do business with this person, he is a liar and a cheat.  you can look up his bankruptcy in the federal district western court.  check the AZ records....

STAN HOWARD LLC ENGAE IN A DEAL THAT CALLED FOR CLOSING COST EXPENSES TO BE PUT UP AND WAS SENT TO ME AS THE FUNDERS COST TO COMPLETE THIS TRANSACTION. WHICH ALL PARTIES UNDERSTAND TOOK PLACE THEREAFTER. THIS BROKER THAT FUNDS WERE SENT TO DIDNT PERFORM AND I GAVE THIS INVESTOR A SECOND LIEN POSISTION ON A PROPERTY THAT I OWNED.THIS BROKER THAT THESE INVETMENT FUNDS WERE WIRE TO IS UNDER INVETGATION AND WILL BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE. THERE NEVER WAS ANY SCAM THAT TOOK PLACE WITH THIS INVESTOR AND THIS IS JUST HOT AIR TO TY TO RUIN MY NAME AND MY CORPORATION NAME. IF ANYONE CHECK WITH THE NEVADA CORPORATION AND FIND OUT THERE WAS NEVER A COMPLAINT EVER TAKEN AGAINST MY CORPORATION SINCE I'VE BEEN INCORPORATED.

THE INVESTIGATION IS STILL PENDING AGAINST ANOTHER BROKER AND UPON CLOSURE THIS INVESTOR SHALL BE PAID HIS INVESTMENT FUNDS WHICH WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM OVER AND OVER.THIS REPORT IS JUST A SLANDER THAT HE MADE BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPEN AND IS HOLDING ME AS SOMEONE WHO HE CLIAMS SCAM HIM.PEOPLE DONT PUT UP PERSONAL PROPERTY TO SCAM SOMEONE.
